Please read carefully all details of our terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer rights and the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Ordering from Sure Orthotics.

By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address below or emailing us.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card/Bacs/cheque payment will be deducted before the goods ordered are dispatched. Goods remain the property of Sure Orthotics until we have received payment in full.

Price and offer are as stated. Where additional changes are requested at the time of ordering an additional charge may be incurred – this is at the discretion of Sure Orthotics.

Confirmation of Order

Confirmation of your order will be received by email within a short time after ordering. If you require an invoice for your records please contact us and we can send one out. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil an order or a part of an order, or if there are any errors in a placed order we will advise you as soon as it is possible.

Payment Options 

Sure Orthotics can take Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and debit cards and uses a secure payment system. Cheques can be mailed to the Main Office payable to "Sure Orthotics" - please print out your order screen receipt and send it with payments and insoles. Please allow at least seven working days for cheque clearance. We do not dispatch orders when payment is made by cheque, until we are able to verify full payment has been cleared to our account.

All credit card transactions will be  undertaken using SSL encryption. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.

Delivery Times

If the materials for items ordered are in stock we aim to dispatch within 21 days (unless a weekend) for the goods to reach you. If an item is not in stock it will typically take around a further 10 days.

Duties & Taxes

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Sure Orthotics products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the goods.

Guarantee and Returns

If an item arrives damaged please return the item to Sure Orthotics within 10 days and in the condition that they were received (including postal bag) and we will arrange for a replacement pair. In the event of a complaint please contact us and the matter will be dealt with. As this offer is to copy, as closely as possible, and replicate your current orthotic insoles there will be a margin of variance and difference in appearance. With refurbishments we will endeavour to replace covers with the same wherever possible. Shades of Colours may vary.

Prescriptive Liability

We are not providing a prescriptive insole but a copy - as close as it is reasonably possible to do of your existing orthotic insoles using medical grade materials and strict quality controls as standard. We will provide a non-medical copy of what you provide us.  We cannot be held liable for any pains you currently or in the future may suffer either from wearing a refurbished insole or a duplicate. We strongly advise, if you currently suffer or may suffer pain or discomfort within a reasonable time frame of using the new or refurbished insoles that you contact a medical professional. Sure orthotics can arrange for a review of you prescription with a trained professional for an additional cost. Sure Orthotics offer a manufacturing service and do not offer seek to replace the role of your current HCPC registered Health Practitioner. If in any doubt regarding and pain or symptoms please remove your insoles and contact your prescribing practitioner.


We do not accept returns of orthotics supplied unless there is a agreed defect in the product, in which case a replacement will be supplied. Any defect must be notified to Sure Orthotics in writing (email or post) within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods returned worn or damaged will not be refunded or replaced. Please note that custom insoles cannot be returned for a refund, but can be returned free of charge for adjustment within 14 days of purchase.

Privacy Policy

The confidentiality of any communication between us is of utmost importance. We are registered under The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and comply with the Act in all our dealings with your personal data.

From time to time we may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring Web site usage in order to help us develop the Web site and our services. These statistics will not include information that can identify an individual.

We do not share personal information with third parties or use the information provided for any other purposes.
